Our strategic planning process goes beyond just the numbers, although we firmly believe that what you measure gets done. Setting targets without understanding the motivations behind them is meaningless and, therefore, most likely will be ignored. To achieve targets, we work with CEOs and their teams to uncover and align values, understand beliefs and behaviours, establish critical priorities, and facilitate a process that builds the resiliency to communicate with candour and comfort to stimulate growth.

Poor leadership has been identified as a primary reason for the failures of organizations and has a direct effect on employees’ stress and anxiety. We believe leadership development involves building the capability for groups of people to learn their way out of problems by self-reflecting, observing, and capitalizing on the wisdom of the entire group.

The role of a facilitator is to work with all opinions in a group, encourage debate and candour, and create an atmosphere where all views can be considered. The most important thing when communicating is hearing what isn’t said. We believe that a trained facilitator promotes greater participation and accountability for decisions.
