Our Services

Strategic Planning

For many companies, a strategy gets discussed but seldom executed with the results envisioned. Leadership teams regularly miss annual or quarterly targets; growth gets stalled; there is a lack of organizational discipline to prioritize, and teams lack the comfort and skills to communicate effectively. We leverage the One Page Strategic Plan (OPSP), developed by Vern Harnish, along with other strategic frameworks and studies to create a strategic map that connects the organization's cultural preferences, values, and core purpose, to the leaderships strategic thinking. Our method of strategic execution achieves better team alignment, accountability and candour. We help executives and leadership teams develop a more accurate picture of their reality so they can achieve their most ambitious business goals.

Leadership Development

Lori Ell offers leadership development through TEC Canada (The Executive Committee), a global leadership development organization. TEC Canada's peer to peer program is for high-performance leaders that seeks to challenge each other, to answer the question, What don't I see? and to help provide clarity and accountability.

Conflict is inevitable and is neither good nor bad; it depends entirely on how it is managed. The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI®) assessment assesses an individual’s behaviour in conflict situations. Lori is a master-certified practitioner of the TKI and coaches individuals and teams to become more skilled at dealing with conflict.

Assessment is necessary to understand leadership development needs accurately. The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0®) is the world’s leading measure of emotional intelligence skills. Lori is a certified practitioner and can assess and coach individuals and teams to understand how EQ competencies affect their workplace performance and strategic execution.

Facilitation

Why should you consider a facilitator for your upcoming meeting or retreat? When groups meet to achieve executive strategy, corporate learning, or process implementations, a trained facilitator does not only understand what the group wants to achieve but also HOW to achieve the desired outcome. Furthermore, a trained facilitator can sense the group's behaviours and aims to meet the desired goal while maintaining the team as a cohesive unit. It is in smoothing out the problems in the group process that the skills of a facilitator become important. Someone who understands group decision-making can help a team recognize its challenges and find solutions for them. Our professional meeting facilitators have a deep understanding of team dynamics, leadership and communication styles to create a highly-interactive and engaging setting.
